the Professional. An overview of dining etiquette, with an
emphasis on business dining with domestic clients. Topics include

Tutorial. Instruction on a variety of dining topics, many listed
above, during the course of a planned meal. Half-day

Leadership
Training: Manners, Etiquette & Dining Skills. An overview of
important topics in etiquette and dining designed specifically for
student-athletes in the limelight, who represent both themselves and
their universities. Major topics include: The ABCs of dining: What
to do, what not to do; making correct introductions; The Silent
Service Code; writing memorable thank-you notes; the correct
placement of nametags and others. Half-or full-day
seminars.
Children's
Etiquette for Today. An overview of important topics in
etiquette, designed and taught especially for children-to make them
more comfortable and confident in social settings. Topics include
meeting and introducing others, interacting with adults, and
understanding the etiquette of public places. Half-day
seminar.
Dining Skills for
Children. An overview of dining etiquette, designed and taught
especially for children-to make them more comfortable and confident
in formal dining situations. Topics include extending and receiving
invitations, handling potentially-uncomfortable situations, dining
with proper table manners, and using silverware, china and crystal.

Dining Skills for
Teens and Young Adults. An overview of dining etiquette,
designed and taught for the needs of teens (ages 13-16) and young
adults (ages 17-21). Topics include many basic ones covered in the
children's seminar-plus age-appropriate topics such as writing thank
you notes, serving as host or hostess, tipping, and toasting others.
Half-day seminar.
Etiquette for Teens
and Young Adults. An overview of important topics in basic
etiquette, designed and taught for the needs of teens (ages 13-16)
and young adults (ages 17-21). Topics include many basic ones
covered in the children's seminar-plus age-appropriate topics such
as looking and interviewing for a job, using etiquette in dating,
and effectively using the telephone. Half-day seminar.
Group Dining
Tutorial for Teens and Young Adults. Instruction on a variety of
dining topics for teens and young adults, many listed above, during
the course of a planned meal. Half-day tutorial.

Customized
Programs. All seminars are customized around your personal or
organizational needs, but new programs also can be developed to
incorporate particular topics you need and use the time you have
available.
Individualized
Instruction. All seminars-as well as any topics in etiquette,
dining and protocol-can be delivered in an private, individual
session. This option is particularly helpful for those receiving
national awards, attending an important job or scholarship interview
or otherwise in need of advice and counsel on short
notice.
Keynote
Speeches. Keynote speeches are available on a wide range of
topics-including several related to the importance of etiquette and
protocol. Etiquette-related messages include humorous stories about
the unintentional breach of business or international protocol and
include lighthearted tips on how to avoid becoming yet another
story! Among the other topics are: The Power of Style, What it Means
to be Southern, and Etiquette and Protocol on the Titanic. Keynote
