Etiquette Matters provides a wide range of educational and enjoyable programs designed especially for in tact groups -- including professional and trade associations, social organizations and college or university groups.

Half-day, full-day and multiple-day instructional seminars and tutorials also are popular offerings. Programs emphasize developing executive skills essential for corporate and business success, personal leadership skills for young adults, and essential skills in etiquette and protocol for anyone wanting to be more confident in formal situations.

For shorter events, keynote speeches are available, most lasting about 45 minutes to one hour. Popular series include: Women of Style, focusing on intriguing women worldwide who have developed their own unique style and influenced styles across the globe; Etiquette and Protocol, a lighthearted look at the use of etiquette and protocol in places as diverse as the Titanic and your own dining room; and What it Means to be Southern, an upbeat survey of regional customs and what makes Southerners so distinctive.
