Etiquette Matters provides a complete range of useful, entertaining instructional services designed for the personal and professional development of executives.

Instructional seminars lasting a half day, full day or several days allow participants to develop skills essential for corporate and business success-including skills in contemporary business etiquette, dining in formal settings and international protocol.

For executives called to a critical business meeting on short notice, or needing assistance on a particular topic, individual consultation is available.

While several seminars and tutorials have been developed, all are modified to meet the particular needs of each client or group.

For association meetings and other large events, keynote speeches are available, most lasting about 45 minutes to one hour. Speeches consider topics as diverse as etiquette and protocol, what it means to be Southern, and women of style.

Etiquette-related messages include humorous stories about the unintentional breach of business or international protocol and include lighthearted tips on how to avoid becoming yet another story!
